I began my career in professional real estate in 1990 as a licensed real estate appraiser. Over the course of my appraisal career, I have inspected and written appraisal reports on over 5,000 residential properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

In 2000, I obtained my real estate sales license and continue to maintain my appraiser’s license.  My extensive background as an appraiser gives me a depth of knowledge that I use to evaluate the value and condition of properties, as well as potential problem areas for my clients.

It is my firm belief that unless a buyer or seller is sufficiently educated about the entire process, they should not be participating in a real estate transaction. The real estate process is complicated and seemingly impossible to grasp for someone who has no prior experience. The financial, legal, and emotional issues involved can make the participant feel totally overwhelmed. It is my commitment to educate and inform as many people about the real estate buying/selling process as I possibly can.

As a means of furthering real estate knowledge, I belong to the Financial Knowledge Institute.  Myself and my fellow memebers of this non-profit organization present educational seminars at many of the local companies in Silicon Valley on topics ranging from buying and selling real estate to investments and tax issues.
